JUNIOR & YOUTH BOXING
Boxing is a great way for juniors to get active and improve their self discipline. Using a variety of traditional, innovative and demanding workouts, we teach boxing skills that increase focus, self-control and body awareness.
Young people are the future of our community and our club, so these sessions make up the majority of our timetable (7 sessions per week for the under 17 age group). Our club is a place for youths to learn boxing skills, but it is also a place to be guided in essential life skills.
Youngsters serious about the sport will be inspired and given direction should they choose to join our growing competitive Amateur Boxing Squad.
Those who want non-contact sessions are equally as welcome. We encourage you to come down, make some friends and have some fun.
