Recreational keep-fit sessions are for those who enjoy the sport of boxing but do not wish to compete or for those who compete and would like additional fitness training.

These intense workout sessions are designed to get you 'boxing fit'. All classes will generally include skipping, shadow boxing, bag & pad work, technical drills, and bodyweight circuits. There are no fancy machines needed to achieve results in these exciting, high energy authentic boxing sessions.

 

All sessions are attended by mixed gender and abilities. The sessions are suitable for seniors aged 17 and over.

If you have little or no boxing experience, we highly recommend you attend one of our Beginner Boxing classes first.

Heart pumping, full body workouts that will whip you into fighting shape!

Traditional, round based boxing training. The work periods will be pushed to the MAX with a mixture of skipping, shadow boxing, bag work and bodyweight circuits.

BOX - TECH

A similar full body workout with extra focus on boxing technique.

These physically demanding sessions will break down the nitty gritty techniques to ensure you have powerful punches and fancy footwork!

New to Boxing? Need to refresh the basics?

These beginner sessions are the first step on your boxing journey. Maybe it's been a while and you need a reminder of the basics? The slower session pace will allow you to feel comfortable and gain confidence in the boxing gym.

Train like a boxer preparing for competition!

Engaging workouts used by real boxers in training camps. You will build whole body strength whilst pushing your limits with drills that include partner pad-work, conditioned sparring, and interval circuit training.
