RECREATIONAL BOXING

Our Recreational boxing sessions are for those looking for a new challenge or a high intensity sweat out.

 

The recreational sessions are non-contact and are designed to get you boxing fit. The sessions adopt a variety of training methods to give you the ultimate fitness workout as well as teaching you technical boxing skills. Sessions include skipping, shadow boxing, bag work, partner pad-work, technical drills, circuits (including burpees!) and stretching.

Our sessions are very busy and spaces are allocated on a first-come-first-serve basis. We may have to turn you away when we reach full capacity, please arrive early to avoid disappointment.

 

The same gym rules and ethos apply to all users including Keep-fitters.

Monday  5:15 - 6:15 pm / 6:30  - 7:30 pm / 7:45 - 8:45 pm
Wednesday  6:30 - 7:30 pm / 7:45 - 8:45 pm
Saturday  11:15 - 12:45 pm
